Ordinances G-2026-18, G-2026-19, F-2026-14, F-2026-15, F-2026-16, F-2026-17, and R-2026-22 were approved. The ordinances were adopted by a 9-0 vote. 

Regular Agenda: Second Reading of Ordinances and Resolutions: 

Ordinance G-2026-16: Vacating an alley between 214 Main St and 222 Main St to create a mixed-use development. Adopted by a 9-0 vote. 

Ordinance G-2026-17: Approving a payment in lieu of taxes agreement for the Crawford Door redevelopment project. Adopted by a 9-0 vote. 

Ordinance F-2026-13: Adding amendments to shifting appropriations for various city funds. Adopted by a 9-0 vote. 

Ordinance R-2026-16: Rezoning real estate at 2003 E Franklin St. Adopted by a 9-0 vote. Ordinance R-2026-17: Rezoning real estate at 824 E Blackford Ave. Adopted by a 5-3 vote. 

Ordinance R-2026-18: Rezoning real estate at 2453, 2455, and 2457 W Franklin St. Adopted by a 7-1 vote. 

Resolution Docket: 

Resolution C-2026-34: Creating stipends for community engagement in the city’s resilience hub study. Adopted by a 7-1 vote.
